Acquisition related costs

  An acquirer recognizes acquisition related costs as expenses in the period when the costs are incurred and services are received. Under current guidance, costs directly related to M&A are considered part of consideration transferred.
In the fiscal year starting after April 1st 2015, an acquirer shall be required to recognize directly acquisition related costs as expenses in consolidated financial statement when those costs are incurred and services are received. (Early adoption is permitted.)
