Daisuke Fukai is the managing director at Fukai CPA Office. Fukai became a Japanese CPA(Certified Public Accountant) in 2005 and Certified Public Tax Accountant in
2013. In addition to the licenses in Japan, Fukai passed USCPA in 2011. Fukai has over seven years experience in audit area at Pricewaterhouse Coopers(PWC) and Deloitte. Fukai has also
two years experience in M&A area at Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory, including financial due diligence, valuation and restructuring.
Prior to Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory, Fukai has gained comprehensive management skills at Darden School of Business with a focus on corporate finance
area. Upon studying at Darden School of Business, Fukai has obtained one of the most prestigious MBA scholarship granted by The Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Among
Japanese CPAs, the management is one of a few CPAs who is speaking English and integrating accounting and tax experience service with MBA skills in Japan, particularly Kansai
region including Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe.
